CONFERENCE AIMS AND OBJECTIVES
The 4th Annual International Scientific Conference, Innovation and Corporate Social Responsibility 2026 provide a multidisciplinary platform for researchers, academics, students, policymakers, industry practitioners, farmers, development partners, and other stakeholders to share research findings, innovations, experiences, and emerging trends that contribute to sustainable development of the animal resource sector at national, regional and global levels. Guided by the theme, “Research and innovations for a sustainable animal resource sector,” the conference aims to foster cross-sector collaboration, share best practices and the latest advancements in veterinary, wildlife and fisheries science through conference presentations and exhibitions, bridge the gap between research and industry, and promote corporate social responsibility. It further seeks to engage stakeholders in supporting research, innovation, and sustainable development while championing evidence-based solutions that enhance service quality, technological innovation, and global competitiveness. These efforts aim to address challenges facing livestock husbandry, veterinary medicine, fisheries, wildlife management and conservation, and related disciplines thereby promoting inclusive and sustainable growth worldwide.
CALL FOR ABSTRACTS
Authors are invited to submit original research papers, review papers, case studies, short communications, and industry reports that contribute to the advancement of knowledge in the field of veterinary, wildlife and fisheries and related disciplines.
ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
- Abstracts must bear the title, name of presenting author and co-authors, affiliation details, and the email of the corresponding author.
- Abstract title should be limited to 15 - 17 words and in upper case font.
- Abstract text must be limited to a maximum of 400 words, font 12, double space, Times New Roman.
- The sub-theme under which the abstract is submitted, and the format the authors prefer to present (Oral or Poster) must be indicated after the title.
- Abstracts should include background, aims, methods, key results, and conclusions, 3-5 keywords with an indication of how the work can help to overcome real-life challenges.
- Once the abstracts are accepted, the authors must register and pay the registration fees for their abstracts to be included in the final program.
- By submitting an abstract, the author acknowledges and agrees that the abstract, the research findings, and the full paper may be subjected to peer review and, upon acceptance, published in the conference proceedings and the Journal of Veterinary and Animal Resources (JVETAR).
- Authors of the accepted abstracts must submit their full presentations and papers before 3rd October, 2026.

CONFERENCE FORMAT
The conference would be held blended (Hybrid) format, both physical in-person and online (Virtual) mode.
PRESENTATION OPTIONS
Presentation options include live oral presentations, in-person poster presentations, and pre-recorded virtual oral presentations. Allocated time for oral and virtual/video presentation will be 15 minutes and 5 minutes Q&A. For the In-Person Poster presentations, each poster presentation will be on display physically, with a dedicated in-person session for poster viewing. Presenting authors will be expected to be present during the poster session to field questions and engage in conversations about the research/innovation.
SUBMISSION OF FULL PAPERS
Oral and poster presentation will be subject to submission of full paper (manuscript).
GUIDELINES FOR PREPARATION OF FULL PAPERS, POSTERS AND POWER PONT PRESENTATIONS
Full Papers
The length of each full paper (manuscript) should not be more than 12 pages including references (formatted in MS-Word). Full papers should have a title (13-18 words), authors, affiliation of authors, corresponding author and contact email, Abstract, Introduction, Materials and Methods, Data Analysis, Results, Conclusions, Discussion, Recommendations and References (maximum of 30 most recent and relevant references (APA style of referencing will be used). An abstract of the full paper should have the following sub-titles: Background, Methods, Key Results, Conclusions, Recommendations, Key words. The papers should be submitted to the secretariat by October 1, 2026.
Posters
The standard dimensions for in-person posters are A0 size (900 mm × 1200 mm) with legible font, in portrait orientation. Title 80-85pt, Authors 56-60pt: Subheadings: 45-54pts, text 24-32pt an legend/footnote, 18-20pts. The poster should have a title, author(s), affiliation, background information, methods, key findings, conclusions, recommendations and references and acknowledgments if any. The posters should be ready for mounting at the venue on 21st October 2026.
Power point presentations
Presenters should prepare 15 or 16 power point sides for their presentations and share with the secretariat by 15th October 2026. All virtual presenters will send their recorded videos/PowerPoint presentations before conference dates to the secretariat.

KVB CPD POINTS
Registered veterinary surgeons and veterinary paraprofessionals attending the conference will earn 20 KVB CPD POINTS.
STAKEHOLDER SENSITIZATION AND FARMERS EXHIBITION DAYS
Alongside the conference, we will host Stakeholder Sensitization and Farmers' Exhibition Days (21st – 23rd October 2006), open to all and offered free of charge, bringing together farmers, researchers, innovators, industry partners, students, and development partners to showcase technologies, products, and practical solutions for sustainable agriculture, livestock, veterinary medicine, wildlife, and fisheries management.
