PROF DOMINIC ODUOR OKELLO (RETIRED)

Prof. Dominic Oduor Okello holds the Bachelor of Veterinary Science, Master of Science (UoN),  Dr. Med. Vet. (Bern) and PhD (UoN) and rose through the ranks from the academic position of Lecturer, Senior Lecturer, Associate Professor and retired at the rank of Professor. Prof. Oduor served as Chairman, Department of Veterinary Anatomy, and Principal, College of Agriculture and Veterinary Science. In addition, he served on the Board of Governors for the St. Mary’s School, Yala, Member of Board of Directors for National Museums of Kenya and Strathmore University Council. He supervised 3 PhD and 5 Masters Students’ projects to completion and published over 50 peer-reviewed scientific papers.
