Ambulatory Service

The ambulatory veterinary service is one of the key elements in the development of the veterinary medicine related studies. The Faculty of Veterinary Medicine runs a Small Animal Clinic and a Large Animal Clinic with 24 hour services offered by Clinicians who are part of the Faculty. Students in their fourth and fifth year of Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine program participate in the Clinic work and also the ambulatory services which are mainly carried out by Final Year Undergraduate students

The Faculty of Veterinary Medicine participated in the event, being major partners and contributors to the efforts of increasing agricultural productivity in the country in line with vision 2030 and the big 4 agenda. CAVS is a key player in areas of Agricultural innovations, food safety and quality, agricultural processing and value addition, environmental conservation and capacity development in agriculture and agro-based industry.
