Members of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine Participated in a national tree growing campaign on Friday May 10, 2024, at Veterinary Farm (Kanyariri) as they joined all other Kenyans for this exercise.
The Faculty of Vet.Med was privileged to attend the 58th Annual Scientific conference in Isiolo County from 24th to 28th April 2024.
The conference was attended by the Associate Dean, Projects and Attachments Coordinator and the Senior Administrative Assistant.
The faculty was able to participate in the field day activities such as vaccination and deworming of livestock.
The East African Wild Life Society (EAWLS), in collaboration with the University of Nairobi, Wangari Maathai Institute (UON-WMI), and Wildlife Research and Training Institute (WRTI), with funding from the JRS Biodiversity Foundation, is implementing a three-year project focused on the Lake Ol Bolossat Ecosystem.
